Silpa Infratech Ltd. is one of the most reputed and well-recognized Real Estate Developers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Established in the year 1995, founded by Mr. Silpa Mohan Reddy Garu, He is one of the first and presently the senior most real estate pioneers of Hyderabad and has received the prestigious National Citizens Award from the Indian Central Government.

Since its inception, Silpa Infratech Ltd. has successfully completed and handed over 25 + projects (a total of 2000 acres). Apart from that, another 675 acres of land is under development.
