Since its inception, Silpa Infratech Ltd. has successfully completed and handed over 20 projects (a total of 1200 acres). Apart from that, another 350 acres of land is under development.

Mr. Silpa Mohan Reddy, the founder and chairman, has received the prestigious National Citizens Award from the Indian Central Government. Silpa Infratech was established in 1995 and is one of the leading real estate companies in Hyderabad.
